These terms and conditions shall apply to any order accepted by Autolusso. Any order accepted by Autolusso is in all cases subject to the availability of the good(s) ordered and any agreed dates for the delivery of such good(s) shall be made in good faith but shall not be deemed to be of the essence of the contract.
2. Product Information
Any application lists, catalogues or advice provided by us as part of our sales service is as accurate as possible. In all cases it is the responsibility of the customer to assure himself that the parts supplied are suitable and correct for the application involved. Please be aware, OEM part numbers are used for reference purposes only.
3. Damage or Loss
The customer must inform Autolusso in writing within 5 days of the date of delivery of any good damaged or lost in transit or otherwise and no claim for damaged or lost good can be made by a customer against Autolusso if such notification has not been made within the time aforementioned.
4. Force Majeure
Autolusso cannot be held responsible for contingencies beyond our control such as strikes, lockouts, shipping delays, fire, war etc. All confirmed orders may be partially or wholly suspended without liability on our part. In such an event the purchaser will have no claim against us for loss or damage either direct or consequential which may result.
5. Returned Goods
Autolusso shall not be obliged to accept the return of any good(s) ordered by a customer. All orders that have been correctly supplied and returned as incorrectly ordered by the customer or no longer required shall be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. Goods ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned, postage paid, with the appropriate paperwork, for inspection by Autolusso and/or the manufacturer.
At Autolusso, we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.
Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Invoice in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund.
Clearly mark your Order ID on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused. Autolusso will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department
